Amazing barrel ridden by Layne Beachley at Ours

Check this link to Coastalwatch for the land and water sequence of a heavy barrel, by seven-time world champ Layne Beachley at Ours, south of Sydney. It's being called the best wave ever ridden by a woman in Australia, and it's a hard claim to dispute. Layne had just been announced co-winner of the Annual Women In Style award, along with Sarah Murdoch, the night before. “I literally swapped my Alex Perry gown for a wetsuit at dawn,” Layne told Coastalwatch. “I was on stage with the Bra queen Sarah Murdoch late on Tuesday night, and then I was out charging “Ours” with the Bra Boys at dawn. It was an incredible wave. Definetely my best ever in Australia. I have had some comparable tubes at Honolua Bay, but “Ours” is so intense. The Bra Boys were so full of encouragement. I had an insane day."
I wonder what Sarah Murdoch was doing the next morning.
