EMERGING FRONTIERS SURF/MUSIC/FILM TOUR
Creative director and lead violinist of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Richard Tognetti, is embarking on an east coast tour playing live to surfing footage

Richard Tognetti and members of the internationally-renowned Australian Chamber Orchestra are joined for the first time by talented young string players from the ACO’s Emerging Artists ensemble, ACO2, to create a unique concert experience.
An audio-visual event, the Emerging Frontiers program incorporates classical, world and rock music, set to a stunning visual backdrop of exclusive surf footage recently shot on King Island, Tasmania.
Sharing the stage with the ACO2 are very special guest artists Tim Freedman (vocals/piano) and Terepai Richmond (drums) of The Whitlams, and young oud virtuoso, Joseph Tawadros.
Emerging Frontiers is a coastal tour of New South Wales and Queensland, presented by APN News and Media.
